FOUNDATION

For property owners

A respectful approach
to a significant place.

If you own or represent a historic property, we welcome an introductory conversation about its future—grounded in your priorities, the building’s significance and realistic possibilities.

Start with understanding

Your place.
A shared conversation.

Tell us about the building, its setting, existing plans and the challenges you are weighing. We begin with a desk-based review of information you choose to share. A conversation does not create an agency, valuation, funding promise or obligation.

We respect existing conservation teams and community relationships. Any further work would be defined with the owner and appropriately qualified advisers.

Pathways we can explore

Conservation partnership

A defined collaboration aligned with the owner’s objectives and the property’s needs.

Long-term lease

A potential stewardship arrangement with clear responsibilities, rights and a viable financial plan.

Gift or future transfer

An exploratory conversation only. Acceptance would require an appropriate entity, legal advice and a sustainable stewardship case.

Staged acquisition

A potential phased structure, subject to valuation, due diligence and confirmed financing.

Joint venture

A mutually agreed approach with transparent governance, risk allocation and conservation safeguards.

Owner-approved feasibility

A scoped study considering condition, significance, appropriate reuse and delivery options.

All possibilities are subject to ownership checks, due diligence, funding, relevant permissions, professional advice and mutually agreed legal terms. The initiative is not currently accepting property transfers or gifts through this website.

Begin a conversation

Tell us about the place.

Begin with the property name, country and your relationship to it. Please do not send sensitive title deeds or financial records in an initial enquiry.
